These portable saunas are great for parties and use in the outdoors (for example, to relax with friends near lakes).

  1. Electric portable saunas are mainly used to sweat out toxins. They allow people to control the temperature of the room by turning on or off the fan or thermostat. However, these types of portable saunas don’t offer as many design choices as infrared heat or dry heat models.
  2. Dry heat portable saunas are similar to electric portable saunas but they generate heat by using hot air rather than electric fan technology. They are cheaper than electric portable saunas but generate more noise.
  3. Infrared heat is the newest of the portable saunas; it uses infrared technology to heat the entire room evenly. This type of portable sauna is said to be the most effective but costs the most money.
